With the increased cost of housing, I wanted to put a basement suite in to help offset the costs. Through word of mouth I contacted Smart Home Renovations. I had no design clue and a set budget. Andrew was amazing to say the least. He came up with a couple of design options and I picked the one that best suited my needs.
